You may return your item within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Item/s must not have been worn and should still have the tags in a resalable condition. Returns shipping cost is born by the customer unless we sent you the wrong or damaged product for example, a brown shoe instead of a white shoe.

We will affect a refund within 2 working days receipt of the returned item in good condition. If an exchange is required, we will dispatch on receipt.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. In any case all returns should be sent by recorded/signed for delivery as we will not be responsible for losses during the return of goods.
